Sie zeichnen sich durch h\u00f6chste Flexibilit\u00e4t bei einem optimalen Kosten-Nutzen-Verh\u00e4ltnis aus und erfassen sowohl Beschleunigung, als auch Neigungswinkel von Bauteilen. Die auf ein Minimum reduzierte Messkette tr\u00e4gt ma\u00dfgeblich zur Reduzierung von St\u00f6rungen durch Umwelteinfl\u00fcsse bei und macht unsere Sensoren damit zu einer \u00e4u\u00dferst robusten und zuverl\u00e4ssigen L\u00f6sung. Ein\u00a0besonderes Alleinstellungsmerkmal dieser\u00a0Sensorik ist jedoch das geringe Rauschverh\u00e4ltnis von 0,087 mg RMS\/\u221aHz bei einer Output Data Rate von 100 Hz. Die intelligente Sensor-Systemarchitektur\u00a0erm\u00f6glicht eine individuelle Anpassung jedes Sensors auf Mess- und Kunden- Anforderung sowie eine Online-Kalibrierung der Sensoren im Setup.<\/p>\n<p>Kombiniert mit den propriet\u00e4ren Auswertealgorithmen und der integrierten Online-Monitoring-L\u00f6sung, welche die Kosten f\u00fcr Service und Instandhaltung erheblich reduzieren,\u00a0ist dieser Sensor also ein kosten-nutzen-optimiertes, wirtschaftlich extrem interessantes Produkt f\u00fcr die zustandsorientierte Instandhaltung.<\/p>\n<p>Der multifunktionale, 3-achsige Beschleunigungssensor \u201c3D ACC\u201d basiert auf der Integration modernster MEMS Technologien in die propriet\u00e4re Sensorarchitektur.
