Our focus is on Condition Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>The development of the &#8220;3D ACC&#8221; multi-function sensor sets a new benchmark for the vibration analysis in the low-frequency measuring range of 0.1-10 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>This new MEMS sensors technology, are characterized by the highest flexibility with the optimal cost-benefit ratio as well as the acceleration and inclination angles of components.<\/p>\n<p>The minimized measuring chain contributes significantly to the minimization of disturbances due to environmental influences and makes the sensors an extremely robust and reliable complete solution. The special unique feature of our sensors is the low noise ratio of 0.087 mg RMS \/ \u221aHz at an output data rate of 100 Hz.<\/p>\n<p>The intelligent design allows an individual adaption of each sensor to measure and fulfill customer requirements as well as an online calibration of the sensors in the setup without additional equipment. Complex frequency analysis are carried out with Fast Fourier Transform FFT in different frequency bands with our sensor. The sensor is a cost-benefit-optimized i.e. economically extremely interesting product for Condition Monitoring.<\/p>\n<p>The multi-function, 3-axis acceleration sensor &#8220;3D ACC&#8221; is based on the integration of state-of-the-art MEMS technologies into the proprietary sensor architecture. Our &#8220;3D ACC&#8221; sensors fulfill the IP65 classification and follow the VDI guideline 3834 &#8220;Measurement and assessment of the mechanical vibrations of wind power plants&#8221;. This results in a wide range of applications for our intelligent sensors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n<section class=\"av_textblock_section \"  itemscope=\"itemscope\" itemtype=\"https:\/\/schema.org\/CreativeWork\" ><div class='avia_textblock  '   itemprop=\"text\" ><p>The important performance features of the &#8220;3D ACC&#8221; sensor
